The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the bd978 platform:

• Withdrawal requests made while a bonus is active in your account will be subject to the wagering requirement attached to that bonus. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, with only the original deposited amount (less any wagering losses) remaining eligible for withdrawal.

bd978 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or any other compliance review. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd978 platform. • Opening or operating more than one bd978 account, or opening a new account after a previous account has been closed or suspended by bd978 for breach of these Terms, without explicit written permission from bd978.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using the bd978 platform to launder, conceal, or transfer the proceeds of any criminal activity. bd978 is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to influence the outcome of any game, match, or event on the platform, including match-fixing, chip dumping in poker-style games, or coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit platform mechanics.
• Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bd978 platform, its software, databases, servers, or security systems. Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to bd978's systems is a serious breach of these Terms and may also constitute a criminal offence.

bd978 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, bd978 may temporarily restrict the account's ability to make withdrawals or place bets. Investigation outcomes are final. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, all bonuses, free spins, and winnings derived from the conduct will be voided in full.

All content on the bd978 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, game interfaces, digital downloads, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of bd978 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. bd978 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other conduct that bd978 reasonably believes may be criminal or harmful to the integrity of the platform or its members.
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. bd978 will attempt to notify the member before applying any dormancy fees. Dormancy fees, where applicable, are published in the platform's current fee schedule.
• At the member's own request: you may close your bd978 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of applicable fees and subject to completion of any pending KYC verification) will be returned to your registered payment method.

Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, free spins, and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited in full. Real-money balances in closed accounts will be retained by bd978 pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation. Once an investigation is concluded and no further action is required, eligible real-money balances will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

bd978 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on this page, unless bd978 specifies a later effective date. Where a proposed amendment is material (i.e. it significantly changes the rights or obligations of members), bd978 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected members via email or in-platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the bd978 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account. bd978 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
